Our Shipping Rates

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Starting at $8.99 per item

  • Expedited Shipping: Starting at $15.99 per item

The more you order, the more you save on shipping per item! Combined shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (New York Time) will begin processing the same business day.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping times may vary based on your destination, local customs processing, and unexpected courier delays.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • We currently ship to most international countries, but please be aware that some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Issues & Resolutions

Item Not Received

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. First, please check your tracking details for any courier updates.

  2. If no tracking is available or there’s a delivery issue, contact our support team immediately.

  3. Missing item claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged (we know ornaments can be fragile!):

  1. Please take clear photos of both the external packaging and the damaged item.

  2. Contact us at service@avinacraft.com within 7 days of receiving the package.

  3. We’ll assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 hours, or once the order enters the processing phase, we cannot cancel or modify it.

  • If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible to maximize the chance of success.
