30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Free from damage, stains, or wear

In the original packaging (if applicable)
Handmade items that show signs of use cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handcrafted, some items are not eligible for return, including:

Custom or personalized orders

Return Process

Email us at service@avinacraft.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue your refund.
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

For damaged/defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will take care of it.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, simply contact us at service@avinacraft.com.
We will help you arrange the exchange or process a return and guide you through placing a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will happily replace the item or provide a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Since we begin processing handmade items quickly, cancellations after this window cannot be guaranteed.
