1. What is Avina Craft?

Avina Craft is a small handmade studio where every piece is created with care, intention, and a touch of personal story. We specialize in handcrafted items designed to bring warmth, beauty, and joy into everyday life.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, as well as Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and select international regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at service@avinacraft.com


3. How long does it take to process my order?

Because our items are handcrafted, please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons, it may take an extra 1–2 business days.


4. How long will delivery take?

  • United States: 7–15 business days (standard shipping)

  • International: 7–20 business days (may vary due to customs and local postal services)

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


6. What if my order is lost or delayed?

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at service@avinacraft.com. We’ll help track your order and ensure it reaches you safely.


7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
